How Do I get Started

Once you have contacted us for assistance in preparing your immigration documents and forms, and have decided to get started, you would return to our website and submit your secure payment for the service you are requesting. One of our Paralegals will contact you to confirm the services that you have requested. We will email you the questionnaires to be filled out and give you time to respond back to us.

Our Immigration form preparation services requires that you know the type of benefit that you are eligible to apply for. GATEMAN PARALEGALS LLC will complete all necessary forms for you to send to the Immigration Agency that you are requesting benefits from. Once completed you will receive your forms either by Email or Airmail packaged and ready to go. Documents are usually ready within 3-5 business days after we receive your Questionnaires needed to prepare your documents. Timeframes may vary.

Our services are offered to you by Internet and  Airmail only, making it more affordable for you.

What Can Gateman Paralegals do for me

Once you know the benefit that you want to apply for, we will provide you with an acceptable petition to send in for that benefit based on the stated requirements set forth by US Immigration and Naturalization Services.
